Desired Candidate profile:
Developing Sales plan, budgeting for Equity, Commodities and Currency Market.
Set up of Advisory desk to support and develop franchisee and Branch Business.
· Responsible for entire sales & marketing, including setting up on enhancing retail Business, network plan and implement business plan to strengthen the brand presence in the Region.
· Responsible for revenue generation and achieving targets. Formulation and ensuring implementation of sales, marketing, inventory management and product management strategy considering internal and external factors, in alignment with company’s strategic objectives.
· Meet all new franchisees, understand their profile and then allocate to advisor.
· Enforcement of people management initiatives training, development, and performance review, motivation and company policies across sales and marketing team.
Review performance on continue basis, team motivation, sales and product training, introduction of new products in the region to increase revenue.
Planning and Development Business at new places with cost effectiveness.
Planning to achieve BEP in smallest time of branch start.
Preparing different type of MIS to check cost effectiveness and revenue performance of the Branches and planning accordingly.
Development of new Franchisees at new places, support and profitability.
Implement and control innovative & aggressive sales strategies with a team player.
Coordinating between Branch/Franchisee and Management for different issues for day to day working.
Vast experience in every field and knowledge of each and every department in depth.
