· Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates
· Follow-ups with candidates / clients for status
· Building good rapport with management and the team
· Handling of complete recruitment cycle starting from screening to closure
US IT Recruiter
Qualified Recruiter candidates will:
· Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle i.e., sourcing qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates with the clients.
· Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to staff clients' requirements.
· Develop recruiting strategies and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
· Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements.
· Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of the position with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
· Manage contract employees while on assignment.
· Communicate effectively with teams in order to create a productive work environment.
· Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting "best practices"
· Provide accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
· Maintain vendor relationships to get candidate referrals and sales leads.
