Job Description
To be responsible for Business Operations of B2B marketplace platform of one of the agro commodity. This will entail responsibilities of new registrations of Buyers and Sellers, continuous posting by Buyers of their requirements, arranging quotes of different suppliers, getting suitable quotes accepted by Buyers, getting PO uploaded, verifying the PO and getting it accepted by Supplier, coordinate deliveries and invoices, coordinate payments to suppliers and finally raising invoice of our commission to suppliers and collecting the same. All transactional activities are very well captured on the digital platform and thus Buyers and Sellers needs to be facilitated digitally and all documents needs to be uploaded timely.
For this there is need to continuously analyse Buyers requirements location wise, variety wise, quantity wise and as per various payment terms of payments. Also Suppliers are required to be analysed according to their weekly supply capabilities.
